Hello!  I'm Mrs. Cox and I am so blessed to be working with your littles!  I am a Head Start, Pre-k, 4-year-old teacher.  This will be my 26th year teaching, all here in Wills Point!  I have taught kindergarten and Pre-k Head Start all of these years!  I am married to a very tall and patient man named Brad Cox.  We have 3 children. Russ, who is 30 and living on his own.  Our son, Garrison, is in 10th grade this year and loves band, tennis and chess. My daughter Emma, who is in 8th grade this year and loves to read and loves our pets! My mother "Grandma Suzanne" lives with us and keeps us on our toes!  We live in the countryside around Canton and usually have a garden where we work as a family.  I love to cook, read, and watch old movies on TCM!  I love working with the families in our program. The reason I have stayed at Head Start for so many years is because it has let me have a great relationship with the child's parents. 80% of a child's success in school is dependent on the parents' participation!  I aim to help parents transition their children from home to school, encouraging their involvement every step of the way! I love to be silly with the kids, hug, sing and dance with them!  I have taught for so long, I am now teaching the children of some of my former students!  I love this!  I hope to continue this blessing called teaching for years to come!  I love being a part of the Wills Point community and try my best to support our children and families in any way that I can!
