Howdy!

My name is Mrs. Huffman and this will be my 18th year teaching.  My classes are Introduction to Culinary Arts, Culinary Arts, Advanced Culinary Arts, and Practicum in Culinary Arts.  Mrs. Goldberg and I are the sponsors for the student leadership organization FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America).  I graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Science and a Masters Degree in Agricultural Education.  My husband and I have a 10 year old daughter.  Some of my favorite things are spending time with my family, cooking/eating, the Beatles, and anything Aggie-related.  I am really excited about the school year and getting to know my students!
