My name is Donna Alexander and I have been married 52 years, with two children who graduated from Wills Point High School, and three wonderful grandsons.  I received my B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from East Texas State University in Commerce.  I retired teaching in 2017, having spent the last thirty-five years of my forty-three years teaching at Woods Intermediate.  In January, 2019, Mrs. Calvery at the Middle School offered me a newly created position as a special ed. inclusion aide, which I accepted.  There is nothing more rewarding than to work with children on a daily basis and develop relationships with each one as you work through skills that need a little boost.  One of my greatest rewards has been to see ex-students long after they've graduated and to see what they've become.  They always tell me something they remember about being in my class.  There is nothing more fulfilling than being an educator!
