Mrs. Tamara Stanley

I have lived in Texas most of my life.  I went to Mulvane High School in Mulvane, Kansas and graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce in 2011.  I have certification in Early Childhood Education through 6th grade and English as a Second Language.  Iam currently attending Texas A&M-Commerce to pursue a Master's in Education for Curriculum and Instruction.  This is my third year teaching at Woods Intermediate.  It is my mission to instill a love for learning in my students.  I attempt to teach with a passion for my subject so that my students develop a desire to become life-long learners.

I have been married to my husband, Michael, for 23 years.  We have three sons.  Daniel, 21 years old, is a senior at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls.  James, 19 years old, and working full time.  Jonathan, 16 years old, is a junior in high school.  They take up most of my free time, but some hobbies that I enjoy are camping, cooking, crafting, and reading.
